$3.1 M price tag for new pool

T-ball field likely new location

A new pool could cost $3.1 million and will be likely located on the current T-ball field.

The Humphrey City Council accepted the final pool study at its Aug. 17 meeting.

Dave Henke, of JEO Consulting, presented the study, which relocates the pool from its current location to the T-ball field at Foltz Sports Complex. The tennis court will remain in place because they were built by the Nebraska Games & Parks, and the city would have to replace the court if they were torn down for the pool.
