Statistics show seatbelts do save lives
Seatbelts save lives.
Seems simple enough, but in 2016 every teenage driver who died in a vehicular accident was not wearing a seatbelt.
Mark Segerstrom, of the Nebraska Safety Council (NSC), was in Norfolk Sept. 27, to talk about the need to wear seatbelts and to avoid distractions while driving.
