Boesch honored for 1936 Ford Roadster
A blown Chrysler Hemi was the Holy Grail of hot rod engines back in the mid 20th Century and with more than a few decades of absence the Chrysler Hemi engine has reappeared in spades.
That said, the new Chrysler 426 Hemi “Hellephant” on a visual scale looks something like an octopus with a waffle iron on its head trying to eat an air conditioner, which is fine if one has a car where no one has to look at the engine, but what’s a hot rodder going to do?
The solution was simple for Dale Boesch and his 2018 SEMA Battle of the Builders 1936 Ford roadster contender. He went with traditional Chrysler Fire Power.
