Case against city back under advisement by judge

The request for an injunction against the City of Humphrey is under advisement by Platte County District Court Judge Robert R. Steinke.

On Feb. 28, the judge heard why Charles Moser is seeking an injunction against the city’s two ordinances that created the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.

City attorney Matthew B. Reilly, of the firm Erickson Sederstrom, of Omaha, countered by asking the court to dismiss all claims made by Moser.
