City levy to drop 3%

Humphrey’s levy will drop slightly.

The Humphrey City Council approved the ordinance adopting the 2020-21 budget and approved the resolution setting the levy during its Sept. 14 budget hearing and special hearing.

No one from the public attended to comment on the budget.

The 2020-21 levy dropped from 0.623 in 2019 to 0.607 in 2020, a 3 percent decrease.
