Computers in hands of every HPS student

If school is forced to be taught remotely next year, every Humphrey Public School student will have an electronic device and have access to the Internet.

The school board of education voted at its May 11 meeting to purchase an additional 20 iPads, which will put a device in the hands of every student from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Superintendent Greg Sjuts said the school must be ready in case teaching remotely is necessary next year.
