Council proposes levy increase

The Humphrey City Council is proposing a levy hike for 2019-20.

The 2019-20 budget hearing is set for the Humphrey City Council meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16, at the Community Center.

The council is proposing a 62 cent levy per $100 valuation, an increase of 4 cents from last year’s 58 cent levy.
