Pool study, annexation update on council agenda

The final study on a proposed new pool and an update on annexation top the Humphrey City Council agenda.

The council meets at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at the Humphrey Community Center.

The pool study is for a basic pool at a cost of $3.1 million.

To help finance the pool, the city is placing on the Nov. 3 General Election ballot a proposed 1/2 percent sales tax increase with money earmarked for the pool.
