Vets Memorial gets approval

Project to be built on 5th Street, across from pool

The proposed Veterans Memorial in Humphrey got the goahead from the Humphrey City Council during a special meeting May 2.

The council granted a building permit for the estimated $325,000 memorial that will be constructed on Fifth Street and County Road, south, across the street from the swimming pool.
