Auburn hands Bulldogs 1st loss

Auburn broke open a close game in the fourth quarter to hand Humphrey-Lindsay Holy Family its first loss of the season, 56-42 at Fremont High School.

The win was the 39th straight for Auburn, which is ranked No. 1 in Class C-1.

The Bulldogs trailed just 40-37 after three quarters, but could not keep up with Auburn in the fourth.
