Flyers runners drop times at BC

It was a great day to run for the St. Francis cross country team at the Boone Central Invite as four out of five runners dropped their time from 20-30 seconds from the week before at Pender.

At this invite, competitors run against those in their grade level for medal placings, which is different from other meets.
