St. Francis junior Andrew Kosch, right, shot a 78 and finished as runner up in the Patriot Invite. Freshmen Jacob Keller, left, carded an 86 and earned the 14th place medal. The team shot a 355 which placed them 5th in the 15 team tournament.

Seniors Wemhoff, Pfeifer lead Flyers past Wynot

A pair of seniors led the way for St. Francis Friday as it opened the season with a 50-6 win over Wynot.

Running back Taylor Wemhoff and quarterback Trevor Pfeifer accounted five touchdowns.

Wemhoff gave St. Francis a quick 8-0 lead with a 10-yard run, and Pfeifer gave the Flyers a 16-0 lead with a 2-yard run.
