Gaspers promoted at Loup Public Power

Cindy Gasper has been promoted to Accounting Clerk at Loup Power District.

In her new role, Gasper is responsible for paying District bills; filing reports; registering all District vehicles; and keeping inventory of office supplies for District personnel. She also serves as a courier for the District’s Columbus locations — General Office, Columbus Service Center, and Powerhouse.

Gasper joined Loup as a Customer Service Representative at the Columbus General Office in 2018 and stayed in that position until this promotion.
