Errors finally caught up with Humphrey-Lindsay as the Bulldogs lost their first match of the season Thursday, falling to Homer 22-25, 25-20, 22-25 before bouncing back to defeat Tri-County Northeast 25-18, 25-20.
Head coach Cami Oelsligle said her team made too many errors.
Against Homer, they were out hit 40 kills to 29, and the Bulldogs connected on just 22 percent of their kill attempts.
