A 3.1-mile run is no walk in the park when it comes to the Norfolk Catholic cross-country meet held at Skyview Park in Norfolk Friday.
Once again, junior Jaiden Anderson made it look easy, hitting his stride and finishing 6th with a time of 17:53.45 behind runners from Pierce, Norfolk Catholic, O’Neill, and Bloomfield-Wausa. The winning time was 17:00.2, run by senior Brenden Bolling of Pierce who finished a full 30 seconds before the second place runner.
Sophomores Jaydn Olmer (21:01.00) and Daven Zach (21:57.00) came in 53rd and 65th out of the field of 83. Both underclassmen continue to improve as well.
