Beginning Nov. 1, the Boone County Health Center Patient Accounts Office will relocate to the South Entrance of the Health Center. This change was made with patients in mind, as the majority of visitors already use the South Entrance for appointments and services.
“We want to make things as easy and convenient as possible for our patients,” Stacey Slaymaker, revenue cycle director, said. “By moving Patient Accounts to the South Entrance, patients can take care of billing needs at the same they come in for care.”
To ensure staff is available to help, patients are encouraged to call (402) 395-3166 to schedule an appointment with the Patient Accounts team. However, dropins are always welcome. Simply stop at the front desk and ask to see Patient Accounts.
