Humphrey-Lindsay won the last time they faced Lutheran-Northeast and things went their way Oct. 14, too. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1.
The Bulldogs had a slow start but a hot finish. After dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three, 18-25, 25-20, 25-23, 25-9.
Their offense was headlined by Nyla Beller and Aydan Hake, who picked up 12 kills apiece. They got some help from Autumn Fittje and her 17 assists. Hallie Reichmuth controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
