Applications are being taken for the Lindsay Apartments.
Owner and developer Quinten Rowley said the apartments “Won’t be completely done until end of year, but we plan on taking applications to get people in Dec. 1. The 2nd story apartments will be finished first.”
The apartments are 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and the tenant pays only the electricity, and they are pet friendly. Rent is $1,000 a month and will also have gigabyte Internet, which is high speed Internet.
