Melissa Braun claims school wrongfully terminated her in whistleblower case
A former Archangels Catholic High School guidance counselor is suing the school claiming her contract was not renewed in violation of the Nebraska Fair Employment Practices Act.
Melissa Braun, of Humphrey, filed the lawsuit Nov. 21 in Platte County District Court.
