The young Bulldogs went into the half with a 23-14 lead, and made it 30-14 before the Pirates went on a 12-0 run to pull within 30-26 with 1:29 left in the third period.
The Bulldogs regrouped with sophomore Khloe Hooker converting a Sierra reardon steal into a basket, and added a free throw for a 33-26 lead heading to the fourth.
