Ray Krings receives Purple Heart decades after losing legs in Vietnam

Ray Krings gave a lot to serve his country, and Dec. 16, his country gave him something back with his family, friends and veterans on hand to celebrate.

Krings, 77, was serving in the Vietnam War May 12, 1969, when an explosion in his bunker cost him his legs.
