Kirk Westring was sworn in as the newest member of the Humphrey City Council.
He took the oath of office during the Dec. 15 council meeting.
He takes over for Brad Stallbaumer who resigned last month. He was appointed Feb. 10, 2023, to replace Alan Eisenmenger and re-elected in November 2024.
