Braun files to keep case in Platte County; attorney to respond to dismissal
Motions to dismiss and where to hear Melissa Braun’s lawsuit against Archangels Catholic High School were filed by the school’s attorney last week.
Braun’s lawyer has filed a motion to keep the case in Platte County District Court, and has 21 days to respond to the motion to dismiss the case.
