Molly Pofahl, MS, Chief Public Health Officer, said, “We are still at four confirmed cases— it is important to note that none of the four cases are active anymore. This means they are no longer infectious and can resume their normal daily routines and activities.
Four confirmed measles cases in Platte County were reported last week to the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, all of which are limited to a single household, with two cases currently active. Thus far, no community spread has been identified. Due to privacy, no further information will be provided.
