What a weekend for the Archangels boys.
On Friday they traveled to Norfolk Catholic and rallied over and over again before posting a 73-68 win, and then hosting Lutheran High Northeast Saturday, pulling away in the fourth for a 54-43 win.
“I thought our effort was really, really good, and this was a tough back-to-back one,” head coach Eric Kessler said. “I’m proud of our defense, they’re awfully good. They hit 10 3-pointers in the JV game, so they’re certainly capable. I just thought we were relentless on defense, and did enough on offense. What a weekend, I’m proud of our kids.”
