The Knights led 14-5 after the first and 28-11 at halftime, and kept it up in the second half, outscoring the Bulldogs 33-26.
Khloe Hooker led Humphrey-Lindsay with 8 points, and Marley Hall and Autumn Fittje scored 6 each.
