Lindsay board OKs stop signs, lights

Stops signs will be placed at an intersection in Lindsay, and two other stops signs will get beacon lights.

The Lindsay Village Board of Trustees approved an ordinance to install stop signs at the intersection of Seventh and Elm streets; Plum and Hillside Drive; and Sixth and Hillside Drive, and Turn Ahead signs at the Plum Street and Seventh Street intersection.

Also, the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) is supporting beacon lights on the top of two stop signs at Second and Elm Street intersection.
