Work to provide infrastructure to the annexed areas in Humphrey continues.
The Humphrey City Council approved during its Feb. 16 meeting to pay Rutjens Construction, of Tilden, $456,016 for work on the annexation project.
Water and sewer lines are being put in along the Spur line to Frontage Road, north to Klub 81.
