I am writing this to provide factual clarification regarding the property boundary discussions being had between our land, and Steepleview Golf Course.
On June 5, 2025, Tremel Surveying confirmed the deeded property line along the east side of the golf course. Tremel Surveying was also the company that had been used when Steepleview was first established in the early 90s. During this initial survey process, it was discovered that the original southeast property pin could not be located and appeared to have been completely removed at some point.
