MURPHY'S LAW

“Will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I’m sixty four?”

I’m 64 as of Tuesday, the age The Beatles made famous in the song, “When I’m 64,” ironically released June 1, 1967, 1 day before my 5th birthday.

Paul McCartney was 14 years old when he wrote the melody for the song, still a few years before he and John Lennon formed The Beatles, adding the words later, telling the tale of a young man singing to a girl about growing old together.
