State, some towns have ordinances; all regulate ATVs, UTVs
ATV and UTV ordinances are common in Nebraska towns, but golf cars (or golf carts) are not always addressed in smaller communities.
Christy Abraham, legal counsel for the League of Nebraska Municipalities, said ATVs and UTVs are the most regulated, but the state does include golf cars in an ordinance.
