Street work is being planned in Lindsay. The village board approved the work during its July 1 meeting.
The board agreed to seek three bids to be presented at the August meeting to raise six manholes in the village and pour a 4-feet by 4-feet by 6-inch concrete pad around each of them.
The board has one bid from Obrist Construction for $1,200, but wants two more bids by August.
