County board votes 4-3 to approve wording for Nov. 3 ballot measure
Voters will decide whether township boards will be eliminated in Platte County and whether the supervisor form of government will be replaced by a seven-member County Board of Commissioners.
During Tuesday’s meeting in Columbus, the Platte County Board of Supervisors approved 4-3 the wording that will appear on the Nov. 3 General Election ballot.
