The Village of Lindsay may be growing as another parcel of land is proposed for annexation.
The board of trustees held a public hearing during its Aug. 3 meeting to consider the annexation of a parcel of Land named Block 1 Lot 5 of Arrowhead Ridge Addition on the north edge of Lindsay. After the hearing the board approved the ordinance pending developer, Wade Pfeifer, provide a management plan for water drainage between Lot 4 and Lot 5.
There are 12 lots in Arrow Ridge, and so far 11 have been sold and one pending. Pfeifer opened the development about two years ago.
