Scam targets Boone Co. Health Center patients Several Boone County Health Center patients have reported receiving calls from someone claiming to be from Boone County Health Center and asking for payment on their account. Do not pay.
If you have not received a statement from Revenue Cycle Specialists (RCS), do not make a payment based on a phone call. Our patients will only receive billing/payment calls from RCS regarding their account. If you receive a suspicious call or are unsure whether a payment request is legitimate, please contact RCS at 308-398-3955 before making any payment or providing personal information.
