The Bulldogs dropped the first match against the Riverside Chargers 20-25, 16-25.
On offense, the Bulldog Aydan Hake managed a 0.750 hitting percentage, accumulating six kills. As a team, however, Humphrey Lindsay had 15 hitting errors on 48 attempts. Autumn Fittje led the team with nine assists. Hake also had three ace serves in the match.
