Dirt work began Sept

Dirt work began Sept. 21 on the site of the new Humphrey Public School 7-12 building located at the west end of Chestnut Street. The crew has been working on stripping the topsoil and preparing the building pad for the structure. The expectation is for the building foundation and underground utility work within the building footprint to take place this fall. The pre-engineered metal building is currently scheduled to begin arriving early this winter with erection continuing through the winter.
