Humphrey’s tax levy was reduced as the city council approved its 2026-27 fiscal year budget during its Sept. 21 meeting.
The council held three public hearings. The first was on the levy, followed by public hearings on the One- and Six-Year Street projects and rezoning recommendation.
The council approved Resolution 923 setting the levy for 2026-27 at $.461469 per $100 of assessed value.
