Braun claims no ministerial duties; federal protections don’t apply
An amended lawsuit has been filed by Melissa Braun against Archangels Catholic High School.
Braun, of Humphrey, is a former school counselor at ACHS and is alleging the school unlawfully retaliated against her and rescinded her employment contract after she reported a male teacher for allegedly grooming students.
