Humphrey-Lindsay cross country runners challenged themselves in their largest meet of the year Sept. 28 when they tackled the Kearney Country Club.
“The day was cloudy and the sun stayed away. Otherwise it would have been humid. It’s the hilliest course that we will run this year since the meet at Beemer was moved to Wisner,” Bulldog coach Joe Hesse said.
In the boys race, 354 runners were able to finish the race. The Bulldogs had all six team members enter the contest.
