Julie Krings relied on her faith during cancer battle

“I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.” – Philippians 4:13 Julie Krings relied on her faith as she fought through her breast cancer 24 years ago. When she was diagnosed in 2002, she and her husband, Dave, had six children, ranging in age from a 7-month-old girl up to an 11-year old, at home. She said she just prayed she would be able to live to see them graduate high school, then college. She didn’t want them to have to grow up without their mother. Then, she hoped to see them get married and to get to know her grandchildren.

All of those prayers, and many more, have been answered. “I can’t believe I’m still here. I can’t,” she said.
