Two vans will be purchased by Humphrey Public School.
The board of education approved the purchases during its Oct. 12 meeting.
Federal law requires school vans to have a 10-passenger limit, including the driver. Passenger vans that are not certified school vans cannot legally be used by schools if they carry more than 10 total occupants.
