I used to think it was odd when my dad talked about how the weather was changing by the aches and pains in his body.

I wondered how your body could tell when the weather went from summer to fall or fall to winter. That didn’t make sense to me.

Now, I’m turning into my dad. I had surgery on a hammer toe a few years ago, and lately I have been getting shooting pains in it periodically.
