The Twin River/Humphrey-Lindsay Holy Family softball team defeated the O’Neill Eagles 11-0 Aug. 10 thanks in part to six runs in the third inning. JLee Van Driel tripled, scoring two runs, Delaney Reeg doubled, scoring one run, Karley Vering doubled, scoring one run, Marcie Spitz doubled, scoring one run, and Mya Ramaekers drew a walk, scoring one run. Spitz earned the win. The right-handed pitcher allowed zero hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out five and walking one.
