Chefs serve up their special BBQ recipes
The smell of barbecue was in the air Saturday at Heritage Park as Humphrey Days held its annual BBQ contest.
James Droescher and Zack Lindsley were cooking their St. Louis style ribs and pork loins.
While they don’t enter many competitions, they do know their way around a grill.
