Easement rights OK’d in Lindsay

Easements rights were approved for utilities for a portion of the Kurtenbach Addition by the Lindsay Village Board of Trustees.

The board approved the resolution during its May 3 meeting.

The board untabled the issue, which it had first examined more than one year ago, then approved the resolution accepting the deed of dedication.
