St. Francis junior Andrew Kosch, right, shot a 78 and finished as runner up in the Patriot Invite. Freshmen Jacob Keller, left, carded an 86 and earned the 14th place medal. The team shot a 355 which placed them 5th in the 15 team tournament.

Head of his class

The greatest honors are the ones that come from the people who know you best. Lindsay Holy Family Principal Andy Bishop has made quite an impression on his staff and community. Thanks to their recommendations he has been named the Archdiocese Administrator of the Year.

He will receive the honor Sept. 20, during the 41st Annual Archbishop Dinner for Education at the Embassy Suites in LaVista. Father Jim Novotny informed him recently that thanks to those nominations he was recommended for the award. The Archdiocese sifted through all the nominations, and awarded it to Bishop
