St. Francis junior Andrew Kosch, right, shot a 78 and finished as runner up in the Patriot Invite. Freshmen Jacob Keller, left, carded an 86 and earned the 14th place medal. The team shot a 355 which placed them 5th in the 15 team tournament.

Tis the season

Holy Family’s Festival of Trees kicks off Christmas season

The biannual Lindsay Holy Family Festival of Trees featured 11 amazingly decorated Christmas trees, 40 tables of arts, crafts and other gift items, along with a chili and soup meal for hungry shoppers.

The event is the product of the hard work of members of the Lindsay Holy Family Home & School Association, and a lot of volunteers filled the Holy Family gym, stage and a room for the trees.

Home & School members said it takes a lot of people to put on the festival, but it is worth the hours.
