St. Francis junior Andrew Kosch, right, shot a 78 and finished as runner up in the Patriot Invite. Freshmen Jacob Keller, left, carded an 86 and earned the 14th place medal. The team shot a 355 which placed them 5th in the 15 team tournament.

Weidner to be a Husker

St. Francis junior commits to NU to play basketball

Allison Weidner didn’t know how good she is.

Nebraska Cornhusker good, that’s how good.

The St. Francis junior committed to play basketball for Nebraska after a visit last week.

For Allison, who is the daughter of Dan and Cathy Weidner, it wasn’t until she began playing summer basketball that Weidner learned she was good enough to play Division I basketball.
