A few tweaks are being made, and then the RCUT will be complete.
The RCUT (Restricted U-Turn Crossing) at the intersection of Highways 81/91 is essentially complete. The RCUT has been in use for a few weeks, but recently, striping was added to the right turns and concrete added to the turn-arounds to give vehicles more room to turn.
